Written Review The Ion-Factory is a new form of Case, and it is one if the best that i have seen for the iPhone. This matches the style and size of the device without adding any bulk to the phone. The design is very thought out and made to measure well. With all ports open and easy to access this may be a disadvantage as some prefer for everything to be covered like the Speck Candy Shell. However this does provide adequate protection from scratches. In spite of that this case will not provide acceptable drop protection due to the lack of rubber railings inside of space between the case and the iPhone. Nonetheless if your just looking a stylish way to spice up your iPhone whilst advertising that you have an iPhone this is the case for you as the apple logo shows through the cut out whole. So Why All The Bad Press?

This is a great question.  By now most people are familiar with the stupid email responses that Steve Jobs has sent to the folks that were having problems with reception on their new iPhone 4 and you have probably heard about the class action lawsuit that is being brought towards Apple in thought that they owe the consumers for some of the technical glitches the iPhone 4 has experienced in it’s initial rollout.  These are the stories that make big news and the stories that most people are familiar with, they do not hear about the millions of happy and satisfied iPhone 4 owners who have never had a problem with their iPhone 4 reception.

I bought an iPhone case a few months ago when I bought my iPhone at an ATT store and the case is now broken.
I heard that you can exchange the case with a new one at ATT store as long as the warranty for the iPhone is not expired. Is that true?If so, do I just bring the receipt to the ATT store for exchange?
