So Why All The Bad Press?

This is a great question.  By now most people are familiar with the stupid email responses that Steve Jobs has sent to the folks that were having problems with reception on their new iPhone 4 and you have probably heard about the class action lawsuit that is being brought towards Apple in thought that they owe the consumers for some of the technical glitches the iPhone 4 has experienced in it’s initial rollout.  These are the stories that make big news and the stories that most people are familiar with, they do not hear about the millions of happy and satisfied iPhone 4 owners who have never had a problem with their iPhone 4 reception.

I have had an iPhone 3g and iPhone 3gs and never have experienced any reception issues.  I have found dead spots where there were no coverage, yes.  However, these same areas are problems for any other AT&T customer as well, it made no difference what cell phone was being used.  The iPhone has received some negative press, but really after all the good press, it is only a matter of time that somebody has something bad to say about them right?
