If I bought my iPhone case at ATT with my iPhone and the case is now broken, can I exchange it?

iPhone Cases

I bought an iPhone case a few months ago when I bought my iPhone at an ATT store and the case is now broken.
I heard that you can exchange the case with a new one at ATT store as long as the warranty for the iPhone is not expired. Is that true?If so, do I just bring the receipt to the ATT store for exchange?
